I’ve been an educator of movement since 2009 – working as a personal trainer, group fitness, and spinning instructor. In 2015 I completed my Crossfit Level 1 training, and most recently, I completed my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training with Tiffany Cruikshank of Yoga Medicine. I currently teach Crossfit, indoor rowing, and yoga at Crossfit West 10 in Vancouver, BC.
